Indian Health Service arranges healthcare and non-medical support programs to Native Americans Indians and Eskimos. Programs include preservation of environmental health, tribal assistance, grants, employment support and education. IHS works in large regions within the West, Midwest and Southwest.

IHS utilizes Interstate's move management and home sale services. Move management includes pre-move preparation, assistance in unique handling, pickup and delivery of household goods, and a primary point of contact. Home sale services offer employees a guaranteed purchase or buyer value option program that provides counseling, inspection, appraisal and market analysis of the origin home. Interstate Relocation manages the entire home sale process through closing.
